Handmade fused glass jewellery, fired in my Nelson studio

Every pendant is cut, stacked and kiln-fired by hand, so no two are ever the same. I also run small-group workshops where you can make your own.

One-of-a-kind pendants

Each pendant is kiln-fired, hung on a silver-tone bail and black cord, and comes gift-ready in an organza pouch.

Garden Party fused glass pendant in green glass with red and coral pools and a yellow corner, on black cord

Garden Party

Green · red · gold

A bright, playful pendant in leaf-green glass with soft pools of poppy red, coral and raspberry melted into it. A splash of sunny yellow on one corner finishes it off. It's fully fused to a smooth, glossy dome with an organic shape that catches the light, and it adds a cheerful pop of colour to any outfit.

Tidal fused glass pendant in clear glass with a cobalt block, orange dots and turquoise lines, on black cord

Tidal

Clear · cobalt · orange

A crisp, modern piece set in clear glass, so the colours seem to float. A deep cobalt-blue block sits beside bursts of bright orange and fine turquoise lines, like sea, sun and current. It's light, airy and easy to wear every day.

Bloom long fused glass pendant in white and violet glass with a green millefiori flower and dichroic accent, on black cord

Bloom

White · violet · millefiori

A striking long pendant in soft white glass with a rich violet base. A green millefiori flower sits at its heart, and a flash of pink-gold dichroic glass shimmers as it moves. Small black accents give it a graphic, artistic finish. It's a real statement piece.

How it's made

From sheet glass to pendant

I use compatible art glass from the same COE family, so every layer cools at the same rate and the finished piece stays strong.

  1. Cutby handSheet glass, stringers and millefiori are scored and broken into small pieces.
  2. Stack2–3 layersPieces are layered on a clear or coloured base to build the design.
  3. Fuse~800 °CThe kiln melts the layers into one smooth, glossy dome.
  4. Annealslow coolA controlled hold and slow cool removes stress from the glass.
  5. Finishbail + cordEach pendant gets a silver-tone bail, black cord and an organza pouch.
